This is why the feds should be focusing on these areas instead of areas of resistance like MN.
If you want to maximize the number of ICE detentions/deportations, this is the intelligent strategy.

When the rates decrease to the point of becoming inefficient you can move on.
It's not as easy as you think to have that sort of migration. They'd need to get new jobs and risk all the things along the way, and then have to register/sign up for new stuff and, again, increase the risk of being caught.

No it's my suggestion for a more rational and efficient policy strategy.

There are probably enough illegals in Florida and Texas alone to keep ICE running at max capacity for the rest of Trump's tenure.
Add in states like CA and GA and that's guaranteed.
