My local police blotter is always 10%+ migrant driving infractions, mostly dui, driving without a license.
They are a huge threat.
Do Americans drink and drive and cause fatal crashes? yes.

Real Americans know that if they commit a crime now they are going to get punished. Illegals don't understand our 1st world legal system so they are the ones mostly committing the crimes because they are retards from 3rd world countries and don't know any better
