I’m not overweight but would like to lean out a little more and was thinking of buying just a jacket to jog or walk in to drop a few extra pounds.
I imagine it’s mostly water weight?

This is an unwise way to lose weight. Your body holds the water weight that it needs. You can dehydrate yourself temporarily but its not a long term solution to leaning out.

What’s not working with your diet, exercise, or timeline?

Unless you're an athlete trying to make weight for a meet, stay away from that.

I make my own suits out of tin foil.

Unless you need to drop to the next class before weigh in so you can take on Shute then losing weight via dehydration is not a good idea.

The weight you'd be losing is water. And you need to replenish that water after you lose it or you will dehydrate. Losing water weight does absolutely nothing to your physique

And eat as well. I would enhale food after making weight but that shite sucks trying to get those finals pounds off. That's why I literally tried to stay somewhat close to my target weight during training or at least the last few weeks of it.

I haven't put one on since high school when I was trying to make weight. I was on the team to basically collect points in the 106 class because most teams didn't have anyone. Walk out, ref raises hand, walk off. God help me when I had to actually wrestle someone.

Was this method of weight loss why sweat suits were popular in the 80s?
Is this why they were called sweat suits?

Tell this to pro bodybuilders who dehydrate before stepping on stage to compete. It absolutely improves physique to be dehydrated
