Both games against South Carolina are must-wins if we want a chance at 9-9 in conference. They're arguably the worst team in the SEC.

I'd say this is true.

Not many would argue they aren't.

Backs against the wall already. Lets hope McMahon has devised a good enough game plan to win this bottom 10% SEC caliber game.

Hopefully tonight we will see SEC win #15 (in total) during this fourth season.

For some reason I don't think you want to see a win tonight

If you look at those rankings, in the first month of the season LSU had/has 5 games against teams in that group. They missed an opportunity to get a win at A&M. That means they have 4 games against that group left starting tonight. If they can't get those 4 wins, then they either have to pull some upsets over some teams in that top half (UK, @ Vandy, @ Florida, @ Arkansas) or go on a tear in February against better opponents.

It’s not that people don’t want LSU to win it’s that we know it will NEVER be done consistently under McMahon.

LSU is above A&M yet we lost to them. I knew they weren't good-- but we still lost to them.

This Tiger team needs to change its attitude, and start believing it can win games

Home court advantage is a real thing in college basketball. LSU was not favored in that game, I believe.
