I'm thinking something like 80% of Venezuelans prefer Trump's plan for moving forward.

I don’t know, but you don’t pull a move like we just did and allow their handpicked replacement to stay in power.

If that is the case, then I do not think the actions of the U.S. can be fairly called "regime change" until and unless the U.S. removes her from power.

I imagine she either plays ball or gets benched.

Rubio is too daggum busy to go down there and play full time acting president.

Also- she’s basically place-holding until elections are held.

Unless the purpose of the move was to bring a criminal to justice.

Even then, though, i see your point. Part of the idea behind bringing Maduro to the U.S. to face justice appears to be that Maduro was not the legitimate President. Those same claims of illegitimacy also apply to his VP - and our government has stated as much.

Good question.

She is now on video demanding the release of Maduro and his wife.

Wave 2 is coming I would have to imagine.

Maduro had to go, but we absolutely suck at Nation Building.

LOL, do you think she has the loyalty of those around Maduro? I'm fairly certain even those in his inner guard gladly gave him up.

She will do what the US and her people want while they prepare for an election.
