When I was a struggling musician, I spent what seemed to be a fortune on my TASCAM 4 track recorder. I still have it, but it's virtually useless to me with new technology.

Pitch pipes and tuning forks for guitar. I haven't seen anybody use either 1 in a long time.

friend of mine had access to the Radiators soundboard and recorded every live show on a portable DAT. He had the best SONY DAT cassette deck installed in his car (and a SONY ES DAT at home) to listen to shows. The first and only time I've ever seen a DAT in someone's car. This was around 1989-90.

I still have my Yamaha AW1600. I've since moved on to a Mac Mini Pro using Logic, but I loved that Yamaha. Was great for running pedals / amps direct or micing amps.

CD players in new vehicles. Just another reason I'll never get rid of my 2019 Tundra.
