Monks in the French Quarter

When did this happen? There’s a few Asian monks in the Quarter trying to hand bracelets to tourists and then aggressively asking for money. Gotta dodge them, gutter punks and the “I know where you got your shoes from” folks.

They go take breaks to chain smoke Cigs outside at the Daiquiri Shop on Decatur and Wilkinson around the corner from Jackson Square.
