68 million on the balance sheet, I noticed a big chunk of it came, coincidentally during dem administration. People talk about USAID, but there were 100s of billions flooded to orgs like this, refilled teamsters coffers after they spent the pension on dem admin, teachers union, etc.

All these orgs have years of cash flow to continue the nonsense at every turn, whether it be protests, nefarious lawfare, etc.

That's less than TPUSA (also a nonprofit) spends on it's leadership. Those are some well paid MFs spewing hate and sewing division among people.

$456,669: John McGovern, Director of Major Gifts
$390,493: Charles Kirk, President and CEO
$331,050: Daniel Flood, Manager
$264,946: Hutz Hertzberg Manager
$249,502: Justin Olson, Asst Treasurer
$235,553: Marina Minas, Manager
$167,898: Alexandra Clark, Contributor

I guess it's a bit less because Charlie's salary isn't on the books anymore.

These nonprofits are pretty insane, both sides

I was curious about the bail project bc some of their actions led directly to some really bad happenings

Yep. They receive MILLIONS and pay no taxes. Same with churches. Tax them all.

I’m someone of believes we need bail reform, but I’ll agree some of the people let out on bail have no business being back in society for a while.

All of the most affluent areas of our country are flooded with college graduates who “work for non-profits.”

Can you provide some examples of this? No need to write an essay. I have never had an opportunity to interact with someone who thought that TPUSA was spewing hate.

Thanks

That might be a good idea to curtail a lot of this revolving door crap. Making the person, group, organization, whatever who pays bail be civilly responsible for any crimes that person commits while out on the bail they paid might go a long way. Along with that, the same would need to be held against judges who allow cashless bail for violent crimes and/or those who have a history of violent crimes (even if their current crime is something non-violent like cashing bad checks).

Some of you people are so stupid with your righteous indignation and your bluster. The court sets bail and the source of the bail payment has no legal culpability for what the bailee does after being released. Such stupid litigation would be dismissed very quickly with possible sanctions.

What righteous indignation? I'm suggesting a new law to redefine the responsibilities of those who provide bail because the current system doesn't seem to be working out too well.

You seem a bit angry about this, almost like it personally impacts you somehow. Want to talk about it? Need a hug?

I donate money to a couple of Christian missions in KC who shelter and feed the homeless, if I ever find out either mission is paying their directors exorbitant salaries I will donate my money elsewhere. Some would ask, what's exorbitant?

Any example I provide you will claim is taken out of context. No point in wasting my time or yours.

You should dive into the financials of Samaritan's Purse. Franklin Graham 3 has gotten extra rich off of their efforts, to the tune of around $10 million over the past decade. Its other directors have done well for themselves, too. Samaritan's Purse pays out a higher percentage to its directors than the Red Cross does its, but catches very little shite comparatively speaking.

I only point out Samaritan's Purse because it is one that is often held up as a trustworthy charity, despite having the same issues — arguably worse in some ways — as many of the others.

Do this and half your hospital workforce is unemployed overnight

I don’t think people realize the monopoly the one true church has over healthcare in this country. They wield beyond considerable power and have 7/9 Supreme Court justices currently sitting.

And all non-Catholics that call themselves Christian’s need to make sure to say Catholic hospitals not Christian hospitals. Catholic.

Touché

You’re obviously not very smart, but I can believe you are knowledgeable about being bailed out of jail.
