I think it's totally affected. You can see that he's looking at himself on the monitor when he speaks. And it's like he had to remind himself to take his hands out of his pockets and start doing the hand gestures. I don't think any of that is natural.

I think he has camera anxiety but is very well trained to hide it and do well on camera
