Do you think Chicken cuts some of us longtime posters slack from being banned?

Wonder if he takes into consideration how long we’ve been on the board before the ban hammer. I’ve received some warnings where I feel like 10 or 15 years ago I would have been made to visit the dungeon.

I got some warnings for posting too much about a certain country. I'm pretty sure a couple of guys are on time out for that. So, I would say yes, and thank you and Merry Christmas to the mods. 
But, there are also guys consistently posting things 10x worse than I ever did.

my previous account was and still is... no warning, no explanation... nothing... and if you look at the post history, it's VERY tame, compared to anything normally said in the OT or the PoliBoard...

I'm not an TD old timer but I've never been banned. Had a few posts taken down for no apparent reason and no explanation.
I do believe there is an inner circle though. Don't know what goes on in there because I aint in it.

I've been warned too, not banned. Wait, I did get suspended once for posting a link to a pr0n site one time I think (like it's the first time all these virgins here heard of it?).
Do I deserve to be banned, multiple times? maybe. I'm no rat and I'm not going to start now.
Now that we can say retard again is a big help.
But overall you have to ask- are we getting cut slack or are the mods just slacking?
The answer lies in the warnings. If you are getting warned they are 0.o

Can’t speak for Chicken or TD, but having modded everything from games to boards over the years: yes, absolutely. Though it’s less cutting slack and more that there is an overall body of work to consider. If a brand new poster comes in and stirs up shite, you ban them immediately because they have only shown a propensity to be a problem. If a longtime poster has shown they are generally good but then fricks up, you’re normally going to slap them around a bit and then hope they return to form.

Every click of every thread is equal to money for Chicken driven on the backs of our overworked arthritic wrists and thumbs pounding out or most unimportant and unnecessary thoughts daily into this void we all share. Imagine how much more productive we could be in our lives and our communities without spending so much time stuck in the mire of message board meaninglessness.
Some of us have made him a shitload of money as causing arguments or driving clicks leads to his increased profits.
As a reward for throwing our lives and marriages away rage baiting and missing our children’s most important moments arguing with some other unfortunate trapped soul here, occasionally Chicken or one of his dedicated henchmen will benevolently let us say something a little across the line.
