* Piranha II: The Spawning
* The Terminator
* Aliens
* The Abyss
* Terminator 2: Judgment Day
* True Lies
* Titanic
* Avatar
* Avatar: The Way of Water
* Avatar: Fire and Ash
Aliens is my favorite, and I think Titanic might have the biggest impact on pop culture. But I still think pound for pound Terminator 2 is the best movie Cameron ever made.

Titanic is a great movie, imo. No two ways about it. Ton of research, ton of great effects or simulations, ostentatious in every way. Great movie about an event that is iconic for a lot of different reasons.

T2 is the most rewatchable

Terminator 2 is his best movie. But I recently watched Titanic again and man, for 1997, that movie was absolutely beautiful.
The writing sucks, but you go see a Cameron movie for the technical brilliance and visual experience. And for 1997, that movie was a ride. It puts you on the Titanic.

Unpopular opinion but it’s Avatar. Cameron single handedly turned 3D from a goofy gimmick with things jumping out at you while wearing red and blue lens paper glasses into beautiful, rich, engrossing film where 3D added so much to the imagery of the movie. It completely changed how movies approached 3D

T2 is the best, True Lies is my favorite.

Aliens slightly but comfortably over T2, with True Lies an underrated #3.

He disowned this after he got fired from it. I don’t know why he wouldn’t want to be associated with this paragon of cinema

Titanic is probably the most successful from a ticket sales perspective.
Aliens basically invented a genre (Action Horror).
I’d still go with T2 as my personal choice but I could see any of those three as being a valid answer.

T2 for me, if I'm bored I'll just flip on the car chase starting from the arcade until the T1000 walks out of the truck fire.
top 5 action set piece in film history

The true answer is T2, but historically it will likely be Titanic. And although Titanic isn't really my jam, it's still hard to argue against that one.

Aliens or T2 for me
These two and tough call.
ETA:
Thought about it more...
1. Aliens - Just a completely original movie and genre and is still so good.
1A. T2
2. Titanic - You can't deny the cultural impact of this and popularity. It also really launched two of the best actors ever in Leo and Winslet on a superstardom trajectory
3. True Lies

when we look back in 50 years, i think all 5 avatars will be seen as one giant epic. But T2 is his best.
