If the Deep State stole the election from Trump (and us) in 2020, why didn't they in 2024?

I think the 2020 election WAS stolen, through programmable voting machines and mail in frickery. So, what happened in 2024?
I know the usual answer is "they didn't have all the mail in ballots from COVID." But, were any election reforms instituted between 2020 and 2024 that would have prevented it?

The RNC was run by people who really care about the American people. Eyes were everywhere. Besides, they caught them the first time.

Because it was “stolen” but not the way people think
The rules changed and the democrats embraced into the new game, probably because they had an existing “ground game”
Trump explicitly told his base to not vote by mail and did not lean into the changes.
Did the dems ballot harvest? Sure, but nothing was stopping the GOP from doing the same thing.
The GOP learned from this mistake and invested in it for 2024

Kamala was such a horrible candidate that they couldn't pull it off. In 2020 they had the cover of COVID to pull it off.

Kamala got more votes in GA in 2024 than Biden got in 2020.
Kamala was beaten by Biden by only 35k votes in PA

Could be. I just don't know what the mechanisms were. There were MILLIONS more illegals let in between 2020 and 2024. As seen in the fights over the voter roles, many states do nothing to prevent illegals from voting.

Elon musk. The mail in ballots are part of it but the machines were cock blocked by musk. He was in mar a largo election night with smiles and guarantees as the election was happening. There is a reason he was so chipper.

Things change.
Literally lawless anti-Constitutional election procedures of 2020 gave way to reinstatement of some sense of normalcy by 2024. That and the margin was TBTS in 2024.

No doubt. Even the threat of increased monitors by RNC probably helped.
I'm just so distrustful of voting machines, I have reap doubts that they can be audited independently.

It’s a very complex matter. You need to have the available registrations within realistic limits in the right places with complicit actors. You also need to see where the challenger lands and be able to eclipse that number. 2024 was under a microscope, and you had the efforts of people like Lara Trump and Scott Pressler to go along with legal challenges post 2020 that ultimately made 2024 a no go.
