Why again is Bill Clinton not being prosecuted?

Seriously. For all the people on both sides that supposedly want the truth. What are we waiting for? Bring him in

He’s part of the protected political class.
Same reasons an idiot like an Ilhan Omar can somehow become a multimillionaire within a flicker of time and no-one bats an eye.
DC and the establishment class will always protect DC.

Won't happen.
He'll die with his legacy a little tarnished with more than half the citizenry not even caring- either because of tribalism or because of how long ago it was.

Because no one really cares.
This was always about Trump.

Statutes of Limitations have run. Most of this stuff happened 20-30 or more years ago. He could've been sued in Civil Court, but never was. Public shaming never expires

Is there an accuser? Because without that there is no case.
Posted on 12/20/25 at 10:46 am to tigerskin
Because he’s married to Hillary. Clinton’s are immune from prosecution.

no one has the balls to take action on anyone. I wish this crap was over b/c MAYBE we can focus on something the government MAYBE would change for the better.

Serious question. Prosecuted for what specific criminal offense?

I suspect that you are talking about "contempt of Congress" related to scheduling his Committee deposition.
The answer to that question is "Because this is how the scheduling of a Committee deposition for a busy, prominent person often takes place." He has now been warned that the Committee will pursue contempt sanctions if he does not appear for the new date, and I have no doubt that he will appear as scheduled.

I mean, if we are actually talking sexual abuse of minors, this is not necessarily true.

Because the deep state will protect itself.
Think about it from an organizational point of view. Let's pretend that you are part of a select group of people who wield power within an organization: the upper management. You know the guys in that organization that may be doing shady shite with the expenses, who is banging the secretary , who is having an affair, etc.
Would you rat them out to HR? Think about what that means; it means that you have a uphill battle against your own peers, you will be perceived as a turncoat on the group and your power may be diminished, you may be fired and lose all power completely. And at the end of all that the folks that you ratted out may not even get punished, so what is the point of doing the morally correct thing if you will lose your status (and anyone in politics is obsessed with status) all for naught?
Add to that, the presidential pardon, which is a powerful de-motivator for being a rat. You stay quiet and your boy Trump, Biden, Clinton, etc gives you a get out of jail card for keeping quiet.
The incentives are just not there for most peccadilloes and crimes. Now, this may be different because it involves child abuse, which the American electorate will not tolerate. The key here is to make a solid case and prosecution against one little fish or a group of little fish that will start turning over the "big fish"

Were the girls he was pictured with underaged? Not all of Epstein's girls were. That big groupt of Epstein "victims" that kept doing press conferences weren't underaged when they worked for Epstein. They were just plain ole hookers.

Because the victims didn't want to get suicided by Hillary. There is a reason they want the government releasing this and not them.

Epsteins girls were older teens, as I understand it. Yes, the SoL would be tolled (in most jurisdictions) while they were still minors, but that would toll THIS SoL for only a couple of years, not for 2-3 decades.

Hank makes a good point.
