75 degrees. T-shirt and shorts weather.
I wonder whether TulaneLSU and Mother will be sharing a hot cup of cocoa while gazing into the roaring fireplace, with the AC also roaring, of course.

A white Christmas is nice to look at but hell to live in.

Yet, there will still be snow somewhere in NOLA

Well, I don't consider the character's portrayal of cocaine use to be particularly realistic in that film.

A little cooler in the 40's - 60F would be nice, but not complaining relative to traveling on snow-packed, icy roads during Christmas..

If I wanted snow I would live with Somalis in Minneapolis

Those two are a creepy combination.

Amen!
It was 30 degrees and windy the other day in Birmingham. Like 15 at night. I felt as depressed as I possibly could.
Today the sun is warm and approaching 60+ outside. It gives me life!
I have no idea how people live up north. It has to be miserable.

76-78 highs forecast here in Houston. Nola weather and Houston are the same unless something weird happened.

Yep. Short daylight hours, need winter wardrobe/clothing, without a car port windshields are covered in frost, shoveling wet snow sucks, burn a lot of gas, etc.

I was expecting this thread to be about shootings, robberies, and general theft.

its like company and fish. 3 days

I’ll take 75 on Christmas as opposed to -12 in Minnesota any day. Though a little cooler would be more festive, just not -12!!

if it never got below 70 here i'd be just fine with it

Jealous.
Will be 36 and damp here.

I wouldn't say it's typical at all. It's been above 75° in New Orleans on Christmas Day 5 times since 2000.

I think I'm one of the rare people who enjoy winter. A heated garage helps a lot.

No, I mean that it is a typical Christmas in NOLA when it's warm enough to wear T shirt and shorts outdoors, so, that ranges down to a high day temp of no less than 65 F.
NOLA has lots of warm Christmas days, way above freezing.

What if I told you TulaneLSU and "mother" aren't two people at all?*
*Allegedly
