Yea but at least the Jets want to win and will surround Joe with talent. Cincy doesn't do any of that for him. Cincy has no desire to win.

No way. The way Joe was talking the other day he sounds like he is close to being done. His spirit for the game appears to be broken. If that is the case a trade to the Jets for sure wouldn't change that, only a trade to a contender / good organization will do that.
