Has anyone ever called a “How’s My Driving?” number on a company vehicle?

I haven’t because I ain’t no snitch. But if you have, what was the call like? Was it an automated system or did you speak with a representative? Aren’t most of these vehicles monitored by gps now? I feel like that would render these numbers obsolete. Not to mention the irony of using your phone while driving to report the offending vehicle. Anyway, I’ll hang up and listen.

Yes, when a road cone fell off the back of their vehicle and hit my Honda Civic. It was a frigid day and that cone took out half of my bumper.

That Saints player called one of those and the driver shot and killed him. Of course it was the driver who answered the call.

One time when a company truck in San Antonio damn near took me out when he was speeding and weaving. I left a voicemail. The owner of the company actually called back and we had a real nice chat.

I did after an electrical contractor van passed me and a bunch of other traffic on the shoulder of the interstate going about 30 miles over the speed limit through downtown Bham. The lady who answered the phone was pissed but who knows if anything came of it.

Talked to a guy at Turner last week who leaves his truck in a parking area instead of driving it home because he swears there are people out there who call them in as a prank . He feels like it’s a magnet for weirdos. I had literally never heard of this and didn’t really believe it until he started telling me stories. I didn’t know that was a thing.

Yeah, it was a truck driven by a local exterminator. I called and said he had tailgated me for the last 5 miles and then passed me on a double yellow when I was already going over the speed limit. The guy asked if I was sure it was him and I said "I'm right behind you dumbass". The call went straight to his own line

Not the hows my driving number, but the number of the local siding company. SOB passed me in town in the turning lane, so I dropped a dime, I thought it was best for the company to know.

The lady who answered passed me to the owner of the company. He told me mine wasn't the first call that he had gotten on the guy, he told me "I've had enough I'll take care of it" and thanked me for the call.

Truthfully I hate to see anyone lose their job, but if you drive like an idiot with your company plastered all over the side you get what you get.
