Should we buy a country and ship all the losers there?

Make it a full on democratic socialist sub-nation. We fund it completely. Everyone there gets UBI and pretty much all free stuff... no taxes.
They get all of the benefits of being American's... Constitutional rights, protection by the US military, standards of law, commerce, etc.
Freedom to move between the two areas.
But it has to be physically far away from the continental US. Paraguay or something like that.
