Fall Baseball Stats

Now that a lot of the craziness of the football coaches hire is finished up today seems like a good day to post the stats accumulated from fall ball scrimmages. These stats are based off of Scuba posts. I'm sure the numbers aren't 100% accurate but they are close enough to have an idea how some of these guys falls went. Remember that a lot of fall baseball is about tinkering with mechanics and development so you can't look into these numbers as a sure thing on some of these guys if they aren't great. Could be working on specifics that may have their numbers skewed.
The color code for pitching is just the way I see guys roles on the pitching staff as of now.

Great info, as always. Thanks, Bay.

Devin Sheerin with the Wild Thing numbers.
19 K's in 8 innings!
But four walks and plunked three guys, lol.

Any idea how Brown did vs LHP?

Gotta keep em honest.

If I remember right one of his homers came off Lachenmeyer. I know that was a specific thing they were working on and was trying to put most LHP on opposite teams as him from what I can tell. I think he will be just fine. No need for any platooning with him this season.

All I can say is that Jay doesn’t rebuild; he reloads.

Looking forward to seeing Evans, Schmidt, and Cooper Williams pitch this spring.

Thanks for this. I am ready for the season. Going to be a long wait.

Arrambide!!! Can't get much better than that!
Posted on 12/9/25 at 10:32 am to BayTiger13
I know these are fall numbers, but Arrambide looks poised to make a breakout year this year. Belting out twice as many XBH as the next best person on there is very impressive.
I know the hype around Brown this year is real, think he's an all american player potentially.
only 1 free pass for Schmidt is a good thing to see; Cooper Williams looks pretty dominant.

Arrambide's K rate is the most promising stat to me. Last year he had a good bit of swing and miss while adjusting to college level pitching. At least in the fall, he appears to be adjusting quite well.

The element of surprise is what keeps hitters off balance
Posted on 12/9/25 at 11:27 am to BayTiger13
Ok I get red = stop= closer but why choose yellow and green? And why don’t the hitters get colors? That’s some bullshite. Throw some blues & oranges in there, jeez

Whats the thoughts on the transfers? They don't appear to be doing great at the plate outside of Yourke. Simpson and Dardar especially. We gonna take a little step back offensively and defensively ain't we.

Just basing off of these stats, it appears 2nd base and 3rd base are still up for grabs. None of Reeves, Simpson, Dardar, and Pearson really did much offensively. Ruckert looks to have made a case for himself to possibly take one of these spots.
For those that were actually able to watch a little of the scrimmages, how do you think those two positions will shake up?

Clean up the sheet and do it yourself to fix your unnecessary OCD. Be appreciative of the work he put in to this.
