Truly insane that a SCOTUS judge thinks an unelected permanent bureaucratic Expert Class has priority over the will of the voters at the ballot box.

There was another woman put forth by Clyburn from South Carolina who would have been much better than Ketanji.

I can’t remember her name, but she probably was eliminated bc she went to South Carolina for law school, not Harvard.

She gave a truly apolitical speech at USC graduation when my daughter graduated. I’m certain I would not like all of her decisions, but she also worked as a corporate lawyer for awhile so at least she had a nongovernmental position. She was articulate and brief in her remarks. I appreciated it bc several thousand kids had to walk for their diplomas at Willy B and it was May.

Never in all past and future American history will a dumber person be nominated to the SC. I blame Republicans who had no balls to reject her.
