If he tries to poach Chambliss, OM will make him the highest paid QB in the short history of NIL. They are furious with us. I wouldn’t mind him flirting to see if OM breaks the bank for him, but I’d rather Lane try and find a hidden gem.

According to ON3, Nuss was paid 4 million. I’ve heard he was paid 5.

The numbers I keep seeing, are that LSU spent about 5.5 million on the entire roster in 2024 and 18 million in 2025. That’s NIL + revenue sharing. Please correct if I’m wrong. And Brian Kelly absolutely had to go, but he donated several million of his own money to the collective becoming the highest paying donor as a coach in LSU history. Which is a little weird. A coach literally paying for his own players. Old soggy golf playing bastard. At least he did something right while he was here. Not the point. Just goes to show you how fast this landscape is changing. A single player who may never actually play a down gets by himself what we paid for the entire roster 2 years ago.

There is this magical thing called google. And ChatGPT. And then figuring out if the source that’s quoted is credible. More times than not. I’m just a fan. I’m not plugged into any special sauce. But I at least try to be as accurate as possible when I say my opinion on this thing we call the rant. But please, feel free to rant. That’s what it’s here for.
