I a surprised I have not heard his name for many jobs.

10-3 currently

Plenty of P4 HC experience.

Is it possible Iowa State would give him a look?

He probably still interviews like a self important a-hole. Took him a decade to leave state with some really good teams because of his personality.

Probably less damaged than when Auburn hired Freeze.

I am really beginning to wonder if that is a large part of it.

The best thing that happened to his brand was Billy Napier.

I would think if he has another really good year out there he will be a name to watch next year. He’s only 53 so still time to get back to a bigger program.

They probably Googled him dancing on the sidelines with Filipe Franks.

I forgot to mention too. He hires “friends” not good coaches.. then won’t cut bait when they suck.

Mullen strikes me as a coach who had success in the past but probably the modern game has past them by, be it philosophy or dealing with NIL.

I disagree with this. He’s a very good coach. His issues at UF were around him not giving a crap about recruiting pre-NIL. With the right staff and a good GM to help apply NIL- he could end up being a lot more relevant if he gets back into the P4.

Maybe he enjoys Las Vegas.

Another year there would be the best for him.

He might be back after next season. Where does Hugh Freeze end up though? Arkansas in a couple of years?

Hate to say it, but I will, he’s a douche bag.
