I can't wait to feel the energy change when they come out onto the field for the first time. That kickoff. I am curious if we try to schedule a Week 0 game prior to Clemson. I didn't realize that we currently only have two non-conference games scheduled. Truthfully, we may have all 12 opponents selected and I just suck at research.

I see the same thing. Clemson, McNeese, 9 SEC opponents, and one more non-conference opponent that's not listed yet.

It's not just Kelly, Kiffin is working more than anyone we've had since pre-2003 Saban. And Saban coasted a bit in 2004...
I'm currently amazed that he fought to retain Baker. Nobody in the past 2 decades tried to hold onto a coordinator, they either told them good luck with the new job or fired them. And this wasn't even one of "his" guys.
It's like he has a plan, and is actively making it happen.

This has definitely been the best season since BK arrived. Totally forgettable on field, completely unforgettable off the field. Almost makes up for how bad we sucked. I was completely apathetic about the whole program 4 weeks ago. Now not so much.

If I had any concerns, it was that the recruiting class was going to fall apart, the defensive staff would get smoked, and those things might have made us look weak before the portal opened. I feel like we killed the recruiting class considering what transpired over the last month, kept Blake in a maneuver that I figured impossible, and we're primed to splurge in the portal. If I could see us run the ball down someone's throat, even if it's an Ivy League ir Junior High School for one drive, I'd be fully ready to let my heart be open to be hurt again. Like hurt alot.
