Yeah the rankings are kinda meaningless now with no 25 limit. UNC and FSU have top 20 classes but they signed 6 top 200 guys out of 72 signees.

You don't. It's survival of the fittest. The hope is that 20 of them turn out to be players.
WVU needs bodies. Rich Rod had to bring in like 60 transfers last year.

And this is why per recruit rankings should be looked at more to see who the best class is.

He had to bring in the most transfers of any team In the nation last season. (More than UNC) A lot of them were seniors and many others that couldn't contribute will transfer out. He needs bodies.
