Suppressor holds until 1/1/2026

How many of you baws have suppressor sales on hold until 1/1/2026?
I purchased one yesterday and went ahead and paid the tax stamp with a gift card. Just got the submission email from ATF.
My LGS alleges he has 70 on hold for the 1st. EForms will probably be clogged for a while in the new year.

I'm going to wait for PSA to print a titanium flow through for $300.

I'm not necessarily waiting, just haven't done my research yet. I want to get 2, one for AR and maybe one for my 6.5 Bergara. Need to find a gunsmith to price the threading, don't know any here (Nashville area). But I'm all ears in terms of how I should step into it procedurally, trust, etc.

I can’t wait. I’ve paid the tax stamp for every one I’ve bought in the last half of the year. I’d rather have it now.

Lawsuit will like be filed a day or two after. I'm gonna wait until it is repealed entirely.
After that, I can make as many as I want for well under the going price.

Got 2 waiting to clear now. I’ve waited close to a year in the past. Really looking forward to getting them in quicker!

Single shot trust is by far easiest way to go.
Most industry guys say the form 4 process will take about 6 months to clear backlog.
Right now my van that I bought last week got approved in 2 days. I am impatient so I paid the $200.
I will say there is going to be a big run on the stock of serial numbers that are currently made come Jan 1 too so not only will the atf wait time go long but you may be waiting for the suppressor you want to come in stock for a while.
If your not impatient buying the can now and waiting to file until after the first is a good option but silencershops cutoff is dec15. After that everything will be filed after the first

My Q Trash Panda took almost 18. A few of those months are attributed to an employee of the shop I ordered from deciding to help himself to my suppressor during that time period.

I do, Hoping for the best. Bought an Otter Creek Labs Titanium 22. May go back and buy an Obsidian 9.

E form is ~ 11 days according to the ATF website.
I didn't pay this damned $200 to get rolled up with the madness of January 2026. They better hurry the hell up with mine. Tomorrow's gonna be 6 days. Its my gun muffler and I need it now.
