If you go with the ruger 22/45, get the mk4. They are much easier to take down and clean. I have the mk3, it can be a pain to disassemble and reassemble. Still fun to shoot though....

My two cents, it’s like having a 4x4 truck. Might never need it, but it’s good to have if you do. My edc carries have it. They don’t add much weight . Train with and practice enough, and you’ll be good. ...

The only thing I’ll ever buy made by Samsung is their tvs. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator to replace a not so old frigidaire. Very happy with whirlpool so far....

I have the liberty fatboy jr xl. I’m happy with it. But I wouldn’t recommend liberty after they gave combinations to one of the 3 letter crews. Also, I might break the bank....

I have the sig 365 with the thumb safety. It’s definitely my go to edc. Size, weight, and capacity are tough to beat. I still occasionally carry one of my 1911s, but the sig is my go to edc....

I hope you plan on suppressing it. I’ve got a 556 sbr either 10.5 or 11.5, I double up on ear pro to shoot it. I’d have to imagine 308 gonna be worse. That’s the main reason I went 18 over 16 on my ar308 build....
