What’s your biggest pet peeve with your significant other?

My wife leaves empty wrappers and papers around the kitchen a living room that I end up picking up.
The trash can is just a few feet away, so there’s really no excuse for it. Lol

The way she answers questions. 100 words too many and it never addresses the question directly.

Are we married to the same person?
And she leaves cabinet doors and drawers open or cracked all over the place. Our house looks like it was raided by law enforcement when I come home sometimes.
But I’ll take those little peeves all day long for that wonderful lady.

25% cabinet doors open
25% bathroom stuff takes over my sink
25% daily Amazon boxes
25% can’t cook a whole lot
Love you honey.

She will over fill the garbage can in the bathroom almost immediately after I empty it. Only time it isn’t spilling over is right after I empty it.

Signs us up for vacations with her family without even asking me first and then she immediately regrets that decision because she and her mother go at each other all the time. Then I have to deal with the aftermath and moods. It would be nice if she asked "Hey cdur86 would you like to go to Gatlinburg first week of October?" My answer of course would be "frick no! I would rather go anywhere else than that place during that time of the year"

My God, this. She was complaining that I spent too much on lunches last month. After quietly listening to the budget guru explain how to save money, I casually reminded her of the 10 ecpected deliveries for that day.

It isn't just answering questions, it is having the same conversation several times a week about whatever is bothering her. Lately it has been boy drama with our teenage daughter. Newsflash, nothing has changed since two nights ago when you wanted to think to me out loud about it. If it isn't that it is talking about work. I'm the type that wants to leave work at work and not bring it home with me, but we get into the same conversations about her boss and coworkers at least a few nights a week. Yes her boss is an idiot and barely capable of doing what he's supposed to, but I can't really change that.

Ok so I thought the cabinet doors thing was only my lady. Good to know it’s not just her.

Won’t close a damn cabinet or drawer
Won’t turn off lights
Uses the sink as a trash can
Throws small bags of trash into the garage like it’s a huge garbage disposal and the bag will magically disappear

Nagging when you’re relaxing and not doing anything, same as every other man on the planet

Talking about work. The last thing I want to do at home is talk about work for an hour.

She interrupts me when I’m trying to watch Ms Rachel

Always taking my silence as disinterest or as a sign that something is wrong. Like damn sometimes I just want to relax and not think
