I don’t see how you do that without Frank and Raymond

As of this moment, I'd be quite shocked if Corey Raymond didn't return

In fact, I believe the entire defensive staff will be retained as long as Baker stays

7-5…yep, that shouts competency and we should definitely retain the guy who coached RBs to run directly into the scrum.

Furthermore, how many times did you see our receivers get buck wide open on other team’s DBs downfield? Now do the inverse.

Wilson needs to be in a recruiting role, but far away from coaching. We need legit coaches.

Frank has a job recruiting if he wants it. If he wants to be a big shot and demand a position coaching job he can retire

This board also rationalized Kelly firing Moffett and Raymond then hiring a high school DB coach

He has a spot in a recruiting role but he doesn’t want it. Lane doesn’t want him as his RB coach and I don’t blame him, he isn’t good.

We aren’t going to be held hostage by someone who thinks he’s bigger than he really is.

Raymond wasn’t fired. Kelly offered him a 1 yr deal to turn the poor performance around. Florida offered a 3 yr deal. Raymond chose the 3 yr deal.

I’ve always liked Frank, and I certainly hope these rumors are untrue. However, we have had a history of pushing new head coaches to hold onto this coach or that because they can recruit. The top priority of a position coach should be the development of players at their respective position. If Kiffin feels he has a superior RB coach in Kevin Smith then we need to accept that and move on. Recruiting HS players is not as critical as it was 10 years ago with the portal anyway.

I really don’t understand this. Frank has been here for four years. He let Stuart go to USC. The offensive side of the ball is talent deficient. Our wr’s are smurfs, no big rb , offensive line is horrible.

Ole Miss has had better wr’s, rbs, and oline the last two years.

How many starters were from Louisiana? Not many.

I actually can't stand the idea of needing to keep a coach in perpetuity because they bring a certain talent to the job. If he goes, then move on.

Exactly, doesn’t even have a rb commit this cycle.

If Frank is telling kids To delay signing, then we will find a way to do it without him. A true Tiger would never do that.

Lane came here because of the Louisiana talent, PERIOD. Now yall are saying we don’t need to recruit Louisiana players?

Y’all can spin and rationalize anything.

Have you ever thought that there may be someone better at the Job??.. The good ole boy system you’re describing is why we’ve been mired in mediocrity.

If Frank is so great then why have our running backs sucked and also lost so many top New Orleans?? Let go man. The infatuation with certain position coaches is very strange.
