Whining about the Lane handled the whole situation. Saying that Lane should have found a way to make things easier for Ole Miss to make their run for the NC.

fricking whiney arse bitches.

ESPN is so fricking mad

Peter Burns said he's pulling for Ole Miss in the playoffs. The national media reaction is so pathetic. If he woukd have went to Bama they would be fine.

ESPN is the equivalent of a high maintenance drama queen GF.

If there isn't something to bitch about, she'll invent one.

I get why Ole Piss is mad, but you can see that Lane wanted to finish the job with the playoff run. I’m not sure what else he could have done to make this better for EVERYONE ELSE.

Ridiculous

The AD told him to pound sand. Lane wanted to finish the season, what did they want him to do?

They say they are mad, but they aren’t. Look at all the clicks and coverage he is generating. They love it, just playing their part. All about the $$$$

I’m so tired of this narrative. Kiffin owes Ole Miss nothing. Kiffin built Ole Miss. Not the other way around.

After both crapping on Kiffin, Burns & Doering brought up the question “What could Kiffin have done differently?” and neither could really give an answer.
Then the conversation segued into the timing problems created by the NCAA and portal rules and alluded to this situation needing to happen in order to bring about changes.
The real issue in this situation is the NCAA, not Kiffin. But people don’t like his past or his personality or whatever and Lane Derangement Syndrome kicks in.

Yep. 90% of the CFB world will be cheering against LSU next season. Dan Orlinsky on Get Up was taking up for Lane and admitted it was a promotion and who would tell you not to take a promotion in your career.

What Lane did was like an employee who tells his boss he is leaving to take another job because it offers better opportunities, but he is willing (and his new employer was willing) to stay for 6 weeks to ease the transition.

Ole Miss was the boss who responded, "Pack your office, and security will immediately escort you right out of the building".

Im confused how all the blame is going to Lane and none on OM. As if he had full control of how this went down and no one else was involved.

He outright said the AD didnt let him talk to the players and wouldnt let him keep coaching.

So is Lane Kiffin. Who cares. What they say right now means nothing. I would rather them be shitting on Kiffin here than shitting on him while at Florida.

Are they going to be pissed a John Sumrall if Tulane makes the playoff and he doesn't coach it?

As soon as I read his name I knew he would have some common sense. He may have stepped out of bounds in the end zone, but his takes are always in bounds.

Everyone complains, but not person has said how he could’ve handled it better.
