Brady is a great offensive play caller but I don't think he has the personality to be a head coach

Dilly is no better than the U-High coach

The shine is coming off of Brady a little bit. He needs to take a HC gig sooner than later.

Brady looks pedestrian without a superhuman at QB. And even then the Bills are only so-so this year. Not to mention lack of experience in the non-football side of things.

The only reason the Bills haven’t fired Brady yet this season is because they don’t have another play caller.

If Brady takes a college coaching job, it won’t be long term. His goal is and will always be the NFL.

Brady has certainly left a lot to be desired this year, but they also have Khalil Shakir as their supposed number one receiver so who knows

Folks really do downplay this. Like there aren't other OC's that could have done the same with those players. He's proven that he's not all that in the NFL. It's only nostalgia thats keeps his name in the minds of LSU fans

The drop off from Kiffin to these coaches is depressing, lol

I met JOE BRADY
in 2022 in Memphis Tennesee. I'm walking
down the street just minding my own
business, just walking all feeling good.
I walk around the corner, a man walk up,
hit me in my chest right, I fall on the
ground right, and I look up it's JOE BRADY. I say, JOE BRADY. He
said, oops I thought you were somebody
else.

Dumb. No. You could separate the two but saying both is dumb. Joe Brady has never run an entire team much less an entire off-season that starts in January and runs until May. You better have somebody that knows what the hell they’re doing.

I love Dillingham, to the point Kiffin would have been 1A and Dillingham would have been my 1B. I think the guy would be a Superstar at LSU.

Joe Brady hasn’t been a head coach so it is silly to say that he is better than Sumrall.

Brady has worked for Payton, Rhule, and McDermott. He can be a HC.

What has Dilly done to make you think he's an excellent offensive mind?
