He would be leaving a team in the middle of a playoff run to come to us. Let’s not treat him like shite when he gets here. Can we all agree to have reasonable expectations for season 1 and 2? We don’t want to run a good coach off. We would be lucky to get a coach like him.

LSU is going to pay this guy $100 million so criticism is fair but folks also need to compare Ole Miss’ schedule this year and what LSU has to navigate in 2026. Kiffin is a great coach but a lot of their success had to do with only catching two teams in the top half of the league.
