It's pretty common. I think it's pretty shitty for ADs to do it. You don't see ADs on the basketball bench or in the dugout of a baseball game. Not sure why so many think they need to be on the sidelines for football. Get your arse up in a suite and let the coach do his thing with you out of the way.
