I don’t know, but Venezuela and Cuba are oddities to that list. If we are adding them we should add China and Russia. The rest of those nations are shitholes that have no chance at good governance. Venezuela and Cuba are historically solid countries that are experiencing down cycles (Cuba has had a loooong downcycle).

Funny when Watters was doing his schtick where he would ask questions on the street, he asked what are we celebrating on Independence day and people could not answer (some dumb but very hot chicks on the beach, where were they when I was young).
Then he asked this old guy and he answered correctly. Then Jesse started asking him more questions and he answered them all. Who was president during WW2, he told Jesse ah a trick question there were two.
Jesse came back to the studio and said the ole fella answered far more than what is in the clip and all correctly. (I laughed because I recognized the man's accent. Rooolllling those "r"s, very clearly Bajan, a person from Barbados).
Sure enough a Bajan......and a naturalized citizen. There is a reason they are referred to as NATURALIZED, think about that eh...
