Isn't Kelly the one that started all of this by filing his suit? If he had just accepted the proposed buyout when it was offered, it would have been over with weeks ago.

LSU could pay what they agreed to in contract. BK doesn't have to do anything but laugh at any "settlement offer" from LSU because the two parties signed a contract 4 years ago. LSU has no ground to stand on, we owe BK $54 million more.

I highly doubt it’s $54 million in full in 1 lump sum. If he gets another coaching gig, we’ll save some $$
