and he has been officially announced by another school and is reportedly recruiting for them. He still has as many as three games left at UNT.

Will he be crucified by the national media?

Delly's article yesterday said that Sumrall will do the same, and that this is the new normal

Fair point, but I will say this:

How much in financial commitments has Lane obtained from Ole Miss to support his team vs how much has Morris has obtained from UNT?

What are UNT’s chances of winning a championship vs Ole Miss’?

He's been clear and upfront without any circus.

I hope UNT wins the conference and makes the playoffs.

As a fellow ranter pointed out, could you imagine if Lane Kiffin wanted to go to Alabama?!? Reece Davis would be cutting onions on Gameday and the network would pay his buyout.

I believe this is the first of many coaches to do this. Until they fix the calendar, this will continue to happen.

He’s making 1.4 million at UNT, lol. This is a massive upgrade for him no matter what Mingo says about Okie State. Everyone understands his position here

Saban killed the heel narrative with the quickness.

Anyone boo-hooing for ole miss, just play them the clip.

I agree

They just aren’t going to be a “perennial power in the big 12 like some posters suggested.

If Morris averages 7 wins a year over the next 3 or 4 seasons he’s going to be gone from Stillwater

They need to move the season up in August and end the season first week of January. Calendar encourages this.
