I get that, but it's also hard to forget the way his tenure at LSU ended. Just plants too much doubt in my mind to really 100% support him being back again. Still, overall I think it would be great to have him and Lane coaching & recruiting for LSU, as long as O will never be interim again.

He mostly let others coach. When Les' coaching hires left, O floundered. He is not head coach material, but he is a great recruiter and a decent D-line coach.

In spite of what some people claim they are and have remained very close friends. Folks DTB have been saying since before Kelly was fired that if Kiffin came that O would be on his staff.
