I hope he’s our coach but I’m so tired of the waiting and the rumors. Just fricking make your mind up already and put this shite to bed so everyone can move forward.

Ever thought that maybe he has and can’t wait to scare the crap out of college football with what he can do at a program like LSU?
He respectively wants to finish out the year with this team and I think that’s an honorable thing to do.

What has Lane done to ask for any of this?
He's under contract and is preparing his team for a game. When summoned, hes met with his bosses, and absolutely has told him his intentions. Any activities going forward were probably the wishes of his bosses.
Just because some radio "experts" and message board wannabes, wish the process would speed up, it wont.
Whatever the decision is, Lane gave the choice of process, and listened to his bosses. That's as classy and responsible and respectful as this can be handled.

Serious question... why would he give two craps about coaching them in the egg bowl then abandon them prior to the playoffs? If he's gonna leave, just get gone. If he's going to LSU, then he obviously don't give a shite about what he's done this season if he has no intention of carrying it all the way to the end.
