Have yall seen enough first hand evidence now of why Alex Atkins was fired at Florida State? You DON'T GET FIRED if you're good at your job. FSU is no different than LSU. Atkins is just ANOTHER in the long line of of WEAK & LAZY hires by BK.

3rd down conversions are the real test on if someone is a good coordinator or bad coordinator.
We have had two bad OC's this year.
Lane will fix that, if he is the guy. Of course, Lane will do some silly things like going for it on our own 30 with a 3 pt. lead, but I can live with that after watching this season.

But remember, we’re spoiled. Those are the two questions that were asked by Cauble. Third down conversion inefficiency and no run game. He said those questions were ridiculous. REALLY?? Can’t imagine someone with so much coaching experience AND success can be so f’ing clueless.

FIFY. It’s a team game. If they can’t convert 3rd downs or even 4th and inches, it doesn’t seem to matter much who the QB is unless they are the second coming of JD.
If you are trying to run the ball on third and short and consistently lose yardage, that’s OL, play calling, will or toughness, and mental when a drive is stopped by penalties

After reading Dandy Don today, I’m not bullish on Lane landing here. It’s not going to come down to $ for him or NIL. Ole Miss and Florida will match. It will be about what else he thinks he gets from being there, whether he thinks he and his family will be happy, and opportunities for championships IMO
