Landry coming up smelling like roses

Did LSU a solid.
Recognized how deep and bad the situation was and acted swiftly to rip that shite out and give us a chance to start new.
I’m not a big Landry fan, he is a politician after all, so his antics are tilted towards being in front of the camera all the time, but gotta give the man big credit here.
He took the hits to do what had to be done.

It's not the popular opinion among the board LSU libtards but yes he did LSU a solid. They will pay severely for the mistakes of the past but will end up better going forward. He should have just said less than he did.

As much as I dislike him,I'm finding myself thinking that he may be on to something about money. I think he foresees a situation wherein the amounts for coaches coupled with NIL commitments through the athletic program end up ultimately on the state's tab as the state would have to be the guarantor of last resort if boosters say they aren't ponying up on a buyout.

Blaming Landry for mistakes the AD made was always dumb. The people that melted down like the women on the view about this won’t give him the credit if LSU does make a good hire.
