It's terrible whenever a parent with young children is given a terminal diagnosis. And that family has definitely had more than it's fair share of tragedy.

That's awful, even worse that she tried to get better, sacrificing bonding with her daughter.

This is why I don't judge people that decide not to fight.

That’s sad. AML is no joke. My dad was diagnosed with it in 2017 and made it thank the Lord. Most do not. It’s a crap shoot.

Joe Kennedy was a wretched, thieving S.O.B, that sold his family's soul to the Devil for wealth and political power.

The Devil has been collecting his due for 80+ yrs, starting with Jr.

Hopefully the debt is paid in full. That poor family has suffered enough!

We’ve given untold billions in donations to cancer research. Why?

Damn!
That is terrible.

There’s been tremendous strides in cancer treatments the past couple of decades.

Very sad situation, but after gaining a lot of sympathy writing about her illness she then spent 5 paragraphs going after her cousin and also threw in a pro-abortion comment which were all unnecessary, exaggerated, and made some weak analogies to pretend to be a victim of her cousin and trump’s cuts like whether or not she could get vaccines to rebuild immunity system now or get insurance again if her doctor husband had to change jobs due to Columbia facing both cuts to govt funding due to antisemitism on campus and her cousin’s HHS cuts.

Article mentions baby being born in May 2024 which is when it was discovered that her white blood cell counts were extremely elevated, then got diagnosed, and started treatments, bone marrow transplants, and clinical trials. After around 6 months (likely November or December 2024) her doctor said he could keep her alive for a year, so since the reader mode didn’t allow for entire article I don’t know if the tweet saying she now has less than a year means treatment might have extended her time some or if tweet is just mis summarizing her comment about her doctor saying a year back in November/December 2024 which would mean this article is her goodbye.

Did anyone read the entire article? Hopefully she has some extra time with her kids, but cancer and treatments are so awful I fear this was more of a goodbye.

There are many types of cancer and they respond to different types of treatment. There have been some incredible advances on this front.

Hours after giving birth! I can't imagine what that must have been like. That's really sad.

It’s a complete sham. First our Gumment allows our food chain to be filled with poison that gives us cancer and heart disease, Then, if you want the cure, you fill your bloodstream with even more poison that kills off many of your good cells remaining.

But, oh sorry…keep giving those dollars because we’re so close to the cure.
