The National Education Association is hosting a training from Dec. 2-4 at an undisclosed location called “Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice and Transgender Advocacy” aimed at dismantling “strategic racism and transphobia,” the group Defending Education uncovered.
The group released information on the training that is targeted for union staff and teams as part of the NEA UniServ and Organizing Training Program 2025–2026.
Sessions will be aimed at “dismantling systems of privilege and oppression as it relates to LGBTQ+ educators and students” and “deepen[ing] skills and strategies to confront implicit bias, micro-aggressions and stereotypes,” according to the materials.

NEA is a teachers union.
They are the Teamsters of education. They do not have anything to do with the government. Except negotiating lavish salaries and pensions for teachers, and they stand in the way of getting rid of ineffective teachers.

those people need serious freaking help in the worst damn way and they have no business be around children. There's a tranny instacart shopper around here and it smells funky when he passes within 10 feet of you. It's a black dude with fake tits and God only knows what other surgeries have happened. He spilled a clamshell of strawberries once and bellowed "Oh frick!" with a super deep voice. When he's doing his tranny voice, on speaker phone while doing the shopping, it's all Valley Girl with a lisp.

What is it that attracts blacks to education so? Teachers, principal, school boards, all seem like blacks flock to those things. So what attracts them to education when their youth has terrible testing and graduation results?
