The news would have gotten out. There is no decision made or he told the AD he’s staying.

If he was staying, it would be blasted all over within minutes
If he’s going, no one would say anything til he tells the team

Not if the AD is allowing him to talk to his team 1st. Or if they asked Lane for more time to put together a counter.

The people with sources are saying this could go through the weekend and I believe them. Lane's team was taking pitches as recently as last night and today
