Where have they been all this time?

They show up to rebut efforts, not make original ones.

While the Russian Bear analogy it a cute one and was initially created as a fairy tale for little Russian kids, bless them, there was no actual animal being actually poked.

What poked the bear was annoyance that Ukraine was doing better and better while Russia was doing worse and worse.

Putin and oligarchs all said "Sh*t we can't have that, then our doctors will also want better wages, our citizens will also expect a decent pension! Ukraine must be taught a lesson!".

If it really was a bear then it sure is a sick one.

There plan is that the ISA should got to war with and fund a war against Russia and then the USA should fund the rebuild of Ukraine.

If it is a sick bear, why can’t the rest of Europe defeat it on their own? They outnumber Russia, and have a stronger economy.

Good. Let the Europeans work out their European problems. Not only can they keep our input out of it, they can keep our money out of it. Then they can make a 28 point plan to explain how we get our money back.
