I'm sure this thread has been done before but - Kitchen related gifts for the holidays?

My dad likes to cook and in past years I've gotten him some kitchen related items for Christmas
Sous vide stick, carbon steel pan, a few knives
I'm running out of ideas since he has about everything, especially anything for outdoor cooking
Are there any "new" kitchen products or maybe something obscure that I'm looking past? Preferably something that he would get some good use out of and not some silly one function tool like an avocado peeler or whatever

He has 3 big green eggs with every conceivable accessory for them. I don't think anything for outside would work

Mannkitchen Pepper Cannon
I know - it’s a $200 pepper grinder. But it’s life changing.

If he is someone who enjoys a drink, these are pretty cool.

You laugh, but very high end gifts for something that is used all the time is a great gift. It’s something people scoff at ever buying themselves, but most people secretly love it. Kitchen items like high end pots and pans, knives, etc can be heirloom items.

Restaurant grade spatulas.
I got the two pack of 9.5" and two pack 13.5" and they are so much better than the crap my wife buys

I learned about it here. It’s absurd and makes the perfect gift.
As mentioned, these are the kinds of things that are fun to give people. Things they’d never buy.

I don't have one. I don't need one, but I am kind of intrigued by what I hear about the induction hot plates.

Cotton gloves with powder free nitrile gloves on top>>>>>those bulky "heat resistant" gloves. Especially when handling food
