This research is part of a larger effort to counter negative media stereotypes about African American fathers by highlighting their positive involvement and contributions to their children's lives. Studies show that African American fathers are often more involved in their children's lives than media portrayals suggest, and their involvement is crucial for their children's well-being and community health

If you have to pay the father to be a part of his child's life, is it really worth it?

This isn't being done for free. Do you have any idea what organization has put up the funding for this?

What do black men and white men have in common? Neither wants to raise black kids.

How much is this costing the taxpayer?

Are they seriously saying that the Left Wing MEDIA is portraying this? Because that is utter bullshite. There may or may not be an accurate stereotype out there (largely supported by the FACT that the majority of black mothers are single) but that stereotype isn't coming from the media.
quote:
In the United States, 64% of Black mothers are single mothers, a rate significantly higher than for any other racial group. In 2023, this meant that more than half of all Black mothers were single mothers, compared to the national average of 21%.
