Anyone else taking profit and sitting the cash on the side? Getting a little nervous.

Credit card debt is rising, mortgage delinquency is ticking up, car loan delinquency has been rising. Mortgage refi rejection rate at highest ever. UBS says 93% chance of recession.
Thinking about pulling the trigger on a lot of trading account winners to play it safe.
And before anyone goes ranting about timing the market, this is not a retirement account.

Market sentiment has been driving stocks down.
Earnings have been positive.
In my opinion, we’re in a short term correction but will be higher at 12/31.
Markets get frothy and these periodic settlements are just markets doing there thing

Ok. So are you selling because you’re spooked by all the things you listed in the OP or because your picks have peaked? You’ve provided both reasons as well as implying you’re trying to make good on a timing bet. You’ll get different answers depending on the real motivation.
