Have you heard of agreeing on the purchase of a new home contingent on the sale of your current home? Guys you don’t need a law degree this isn’t rocket science, you can put a lot in a contract.

It would be a memorandum of understanding at most, subject to approval of the BOS. Nothing ironclad could happen right now.
