He won't need that long. We're at the point in the process where this thing is getting resolved one way or another within 48 hours

Now we are talking. Timeline’s starting to come together for things. Crazy Ole Miss doesn’t want to let this man coach through the playoffs. Deal or no deal signed.

Moo St might name their score, many moving parts to overcome for a team’s psyche.

I have no souces but I am pretty confident in saying Kiffin will not be at Ole Miss next year. Prepares for him to sign the extension there last minute

I'm not sure I can take another week and a half of this

One way or another, someone is getting hurt in all of this. Just hope it's not us. That said, no way in hell he should stay at Ole Miss. Even Florida would make more sense. Ole Miss is just a shite program. Imagine setting your record attendance and still not even having 70k fans in the stadium.

Ole Miss isn’t in a position to make demands.

This. They just ran the best coach theyve ever had into their rivals arms.

OM must think he is gone, and don’t want to wait until mid January to hire their next coach

Or they're playing into it and generating more build up for him to announce he's staying at the Egg Bowl
