Joe Hoft - JACK SMITH MAY HAVE HANDED PRESIDENT TRUMP THE GOLDEN KEY TO PARDON TINA PETERS

quote:

. . . there was ample evidence that the federal government under Biden was involved in the Tina Peters case. There is an argument that if the federal government led the effort, directed it, or was a significant part of the effort to indict and imprison Tina Peters, it would give President Trump the ability to pardon her.

Also apparently Mike Lindell (invited Tina Peter’s to his symposium) is one of those illegally spied on by the Arctic Frost operation.

Emails were found with CO prosecutors worried about the ethical issues and possible repercussions of going forward with the prosecution of Tina Peters, which apparently they were under pressure from the feds to do.

Wasn't this already known? Why are we recycling old news? They were just doing their jobs! - signed, you know who.

Or else...what?

I think Tina Peters is a patriot who was vindictively prosecuted because she exposed how Dominion could steal elections. What happened to her was a tragedy.

Unfortunately, Trump's hands are tied. He cannot pardon her. She was convicted in state court. No amount of federal involvement in her prosecution can change the fact that she is in Colorado's custody.

Explain "what" is dumb. It's likely your understanding of what is going on, but i want your take.

The whole theory.

First, claiming that the searches were illegal, is wrong. There are arguments that the ones against pols were politically motivated, but that doesn't even apply here, since the target was Lindell.

Second, extrapolating Lindell to Peters. Major leap of logic. We all know Lindell was super deep in multiple districts, so his behavior relating to Mesa County shouldn't shock anyone that it led to deeper investigations.

Third, trying to turn a state prosecution into something that Trump can pardon is utter nonsense. Ignoring the 2 issues above, that still wouldn't work.

So basically he built this theory on a lie (the illegality of the searches) and then connected dots improperly to permit him to selectively cherry pick certain data to give enough red meat to the true believers to think that it makes sense.

Maybe you should read the article rather than vomiting all over the thread with low information post. Let me help you

I am not familiar with this case at all. My question is if Lindell was the target and it is shown the surveillance was illegal, would it be fruit of the poisonous tree? Honestly not sure if that is a possibility here.

I read it. It's a baseless argument. I generally like Gateway Pundit and take it seriously. Here there was no substance, no citations, only an alleged conversation with a top Trump attorney.

Do you have a link to evidence of the Feds pressuring Colorado to prosecute Peters?

None of that was used at her trial, as they had plenty to show her criminality and fraud without any need for that sort information.

Her case is built around her using a third party's access card to access sensitive voter data fraudulently and then transferring that data to a different, unauthorized third party (for analysis by one of Lindell's operations).

She tried to claim some cockamamie "whistleblower" defense.

Basically, she was a lady who was going through psychological trauma due to losing a child and people working with Mike Lindell manipulated her into doing bad shite on their behalf.
