The raid apparently happened Nov. 14. The restaurant dining room remains closed.

They also could have helped their valued team members get work visas, temporary permanent status or Green cards. The restaurant chose to hire the illegals and roll the dice.
Maybe MTG can show them how to navigate employment pitfalls with an illegal workforce.

It is not as simple as that especially if they have over stayed for a year. The quickest option is to get married but there is not a quick way to get them a temporary status

Silly response. You’re taking an extremely hard working and productive workforce and hoping to replace them with lazy American workers with low ambition or work ethic. Some of these people need to stay or be allowed back.
Can’t wait to see how this turns out for the Yanks.
