I just want to know what kind of rinky dink operation are they running if the whole arse lat machine falls on a guy. Either that kind of equipment is heavy enough to not flip or it’s bolted down. Jeesh.

The most important question is: who installed the weight equipment and who did they purchase it from?
The strength coach isn’t out there buying equipment from Facebook market and putting it in himself…they bought equipment from a vendor and they had their guys install it. My guess is it was installed incorrectly. They still should have checked, but you’re expecting these companies to install their equipment safely and correctly.
